We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction with our trash can cleaning services. If you are unhappy with the results, simply contact us within 3 days of service, and we will re-clean your bins at no extra charge.
- Payment: Customers must provide a credit or debit card for automatic future charges. The customer is required to pay for the service 7 days in advance of each cleaning. i.e., if your cleaning day is Monday, you will be charged the prior Monday. If the Card is declined, we will attempt to contact you via text and make every attempt to keep you on the schedule; however, if payment is not received at least 24 hours before
- Cleaning requirements: Bins shall be empty of trash, free of hazardous materials, and free of animal waste.
- Cancellation: Depending on the service chosen, customers will be charged a minimum service fee if they cancel before a certain number of cleanings.
- Rescheduling: A scheduled cleaning may be rescheduled if a natural disaster, inclement weather, acts of god, or a state of emergency occurs.
- Ongoing service: Service may continue until the customer cancels.
- Guarantees: Some services may not guarantee the complete elimination of contagions.
